A real progression, not just classes. Players move through clear stages, with coaches who know the path. From a kid's first racket at five to advanced tournament training as a teen, your child can grow up at Grey Rock.

Alley Cats

Ages 5–8 · 8u

Foundational skills, coordination, fun. Tue / Thu 4:00–4:45 PM. Levels 1–3.

Stage 02

Futures

Ages 9–11 · 11u

Stroke development, rally play, basic tactics. Tue / Thu 5:00–6:00 PM. Levels 1–3.

Stage 03

Challengers

Ages 12–18 · 18u

Advanced strokes, match play, mental game. Tue / Thu 6:00–7:00 PM. Levels 1–3.

A private-club facility.
Public access.

Owned by the City of Austin, operated like a club. Eight state-of-the-art PlexiCushion courts, all lighted for evening play. A fully stocked pro shop. A tennis lounge with shaded spectator decks. And a Master Racquet Technician on-site.

You don't need to be a member to play. But members enjoy real benefits, and that's the bigger story.

Beginner Tennis 101

True first-timers only, never picked up a racquet? Start here. Learn the basics in a relaxed, no-pressure group with Coach Connor. Begins the first week of July.
